S&D began as a simple paviors company. The firm has developed successfully over the years and now provides both commercial and residential customers with a professional and reliable home improvement service.

Our team of workers are fully trained and qualified in their respective disciplines, and have full liability insurance. An onsite S&D Manager will co-ordinate, plan and deliver every project to completion. Our experience covers most areas of property development and we use independent accredited traders for large-scale projects.

With our expertise S&D provide a full service home improvement program including conversions, extensions, developments and accessibility projects.
